Bailout is an upcoming film adaptation of Jess Walter's novel The Financial Lives of The Poets. Director Michael Winterbottom is scheduled to film it in January 2012.[1] The film was announced on May 12, 2011 at the Cannes Film Festival. It stars Jack Black and follows a man who loses his job and learns his wife is cheating on him, and must keep his family afloat by becoming a pot dealer.[2]
